Pool Season is coming in May - and the pool mailing will come out in the next couple of weeks. Here are some helpful reminders to help smooth the process for all residents.
* If you are an owner, make sure your assessments are up to date. Payments can be made through the homeowner portal at https://home.keymontcm.com or at the Association's Bank with the name of your Association and your account number - https://www.hoabankservices.com
* If you are a tenant, make sure you have a current lease on file with Keymont Community Management - leases can be email to Heidi at hpetty@keymontcm.com
*Pool passes are for *RESIDENTS ONLY* - you must live in GHHA to request a pool pass.
*There is a limit of 6 passes per household. You will also receive 2 guest passes for the summer. No more than 2 guest passes will be issued, please do not lose them.
**NEW RULE -- if you are ordering food to be delivered to the pool - you must use the pool address of 13244 Putnam Circle. DO NOT USE HOMEOWNER ADDRESSES TO HAVE FOOD DELIVERED** | | | | | | This is a Publication of GHHA | |
