Groundhog Day neighbors!

Punxatony
Phil saw his shadow, so 6 more weeks of winter. Looking at the extended
forecast this icy 'snowcrete' isn't going to melt until March. We as
a community need to break it up and shovel it away. All home owners are
responsible for shoveling their sidewalk, and their numbered parking space. We
request that you please shovel any open spaces near your house. If you're
parking in an open space and you haven't shoveled one out yet please start
shoveling.

We
have had several complaints about people parking in other owners numbered
reserved space. Please make sure that your number and the reserved markings are
cleared of snow.

Additionally
we have received complaints of home owners shoveling snow/ice onto the
sidewalk. All snow must be put onto grass areas, not pavement. If you
have put snow onto sidewalks, or other parking spaces please remove it as soon
as possible.
