| Dear Greenwich Hill Homeowner,
Greenwich Hill HOA will is issuing new parking hangtags which will be effective February 1, 2026. All existing parking hang tags will be
replaced and they will not be valid after January 31, 2026. The new hang tags will be a different color
than the current pass, and will be issued through the Keymont Community
Management Woodbridge office.
Attacheed is the registration form that was sent to all unit owners in October 2025.
Greenwich Hill requires that you provide a
completed application with valid contact information to obtain your new hang
tags. Owners accounts should be in good standing with the Association. .
**Incomplete applications with missing information will not be processed**
If you are a renter, you must have a signed and valid lease
on file to obtain the new parking tag. Please note that this application must
be signed by the owner of the property and the renter (if applicable) in order
to be processed.
If you own more than one property in the Association, please
make a copy of the application and send one in for each property that you own.
Completed registration forms and necessary documentation may
be mailed, emailed or dropped off at our Woodbridge office dropbox, between now
and January 30, 2026.

A copy of the Parking Resolution is available on the
Homeowner Portal and the website – owners may download the document for tenants.
Any vehicles parked onsite with an old (green tree) tag will
be subject to towing after January 31, 2026.
